🥬 Ingredients:

  • 1 head red lettuce, washed and finely chopped

  • 2–3 spring onions, finely sliced

  • A few sprigs of fresh dill, chopped (optional but traditional)

  • Juice of 1 lemon (or to taste)

  • Extra virgin olive oil (about 3–4 tbsp)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Crumbled feta (optional, for topping)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Wash and drain the red lettuce thoroughly. Chop it finely and place it in a large salad bowl.

  2. Add the sliced spring onions and dill.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

  4. Season with salt and toss everything well so the dressing coats the leaves evenly.

  5. (Optional) Top with crumbled feta just before serving for extra flavor.
