📝 Ingredients:

200 g feta cheese (good quality, firm)

100 g Greek yogurt (strained)

1–2 tbsp olive oil

1 small garlic clove (optional, minced)

1–2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar (to taste)

Freshly ground black pepper

Optional: a pinch of chili flakes or roasted red pepper for a spicy version

Crumble the feta into a bowl or food processor.

Add yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), and garlic (if using).
