📝 Ingredients:

  • 200 g feta cheese (good quality, firm)

  • 100 g Greek yogurt (strained)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small garlic clove (optional, minced)

  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar (to taste)

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Optional: a pinch of chili flakes or roasted red pepper for a spicy version

  1. Crumble the feta into a bowl or food processor.

  2. Add yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), and garlic (if using).

  3. Blend or mash until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  5. For a spicy version, mix in chili flakes or finely chopped roasted red pepper.
