Greek Tzatziki

A creamy, refreshing Greek dip made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and herbs. Perfect with pita, grilled meats, or veggies! 🇬🇷✨

1 cup Greek yogurt (strained, full-fat)

1 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess water

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp fresh dill (or mint), chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the liquid using a clean cloth or paper towel.
