Greek Tzatziki

A creamy, refreshing Greek dip made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and herbs. Perfect with pita, grilled meats, or veggies! 🇬🇷✨

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (strained, full-fat)

  • 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess water

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or mint), chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar

  • Salt to taste

🥄 Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the liquid using a clean cloth or paper towel.

  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and salt.

  3. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
